For a truly special camping experience, book one of our spacious yurts - Lapwing & Swallow, complete with double bed, woodburner, decking area and furniture, these make a wonderful romantic getaway - watch the sunset from your decking and gaze at the stars together.
We are located in a rural spot, just 1 mile from the village of Bramfield where you can find an excellent, independently owned Village Pub - The Queens Head, with a beautifully kept beer garden, which serves local ales and great food. Just up the road is Clarke's Farm Shop with onsite butchery selling lots of local produce - perfect for a BBQ back at your accommodation. The white-walled thatched church of St Andrew's is another point of interest and there is a great walk to explore across 'Castle Meadow', A few miles inland and you will find our nearest market town of Halesworth which boasts a beautiful town park with play areas and walks along the River Blyth to Millennium Green - the largest in the country. Halesworth also has an excellent selection of independent shops, eateries, delis, pubs, butchers, greengrocers, supermarket plus a lively Wednesday market. Head out towards the coast and you will find the upmarket seaside town of Southwold, famous for its coloured beach huts, award-winning beach, Pier, harbour, fish and chips and of course the home of our local brewery - Adnam's. If you prefer a coastal village, then visit the much smaller Walberswick with its dune filled beach, crabbing bridge, village green and small selection of cafes and country pubs or Dunwich, with its pebbly beach and fascinating history, viewable at Dunwich Museum. Other Suffolk highlights include bird watching at nearby RSPB Minsmere, country walks and cycles, picturesque towns and villages and award-winning beaches.
